The most important condition for a visa application is preparing a visa file that complies with the destination country’s requirements.
After completing the visa application, it must be submitted in such a way that the visa officer has as few doubts as possible. Based on documents, personal eligibility, or the visa officer’s assessment, a country may deny entry. In the event of refusal, the applicant is notified of the decision either verbally or in writing, depending on the country.
Appeal procedures for visa refusals vary by country. In some countries, appeals can be made at the Consulate or Embassy in Turkey, while others allow legal appeals through their Ministry of Foreign Affairs located in their own territory.
